Use of the service
Property Intelligence provides tools for organizing authorized property-message data into searchable listings, requirements, contacts, duplicates, and source history. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you connect or import is lawful for you to use with the service.
No automated outreach
Property Intelligence does not automatically send replies, broadcasts, comments, direct messages, or marketing messages. It should not be used as a bulk-messaging tool, chatbot, property broker, investment adviser, or property-verification authority.
Review and verification
Automated extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. You should review important information and independently verify ownership, availability, price, documentation, legal status, and transaction details before making decisions.
Subscriptions
Subscription access is determined by the existing backend entitlement system. Account deletion and subscription cancellation may be separate actions, especially when a subscription is purchased through an external provider.
Account deletion
You may request account deletion through the public account-deletion flow. Deletion may include a recovery or retention period and may preserve limited records where required for compliance, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or lawful recordkeeping.
