Use this page to request deletion of your Property Intelligence account and associated user-owned data. You may be required to verify your identity before the request is accepted.
Before you request deletion
This public flow uses the existing backend verification process.
Important
Account deletion may remove or schedule the removal of your profile, sessions, connected sources, imported property data, saved searches, notes, and other account-owned records, subject to the applicable retention policy.
- Grace period: 90 days before permanent purge.
- Restoration: available from the pending-deletion screen before purge starts.
- Legally retained data: minimal records required for compliance, accounting, security, and fraud prevention.
- Deleting your account may not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through an external payment or app-store provider.
